Corrections Policy

Errors are corrected promptly, with the visibility of the correction matched to the significance of the original mistake.

Effective: 15 October 2026 · Last reviewed: 15 October 2026

How to report an issue

Send the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, your supporting source and the requested correction to the contact address shown on this website. Client-account questions should also identify the reporting period and platform view where possible.

How reports are assessed

  • Check the published statement against the original source, screenshot, account export or official guidance.
  • Confirm whether the issue is factual, contextual, methodological, typographical or a reasonable difference of interpretation.
  • Ask the relevant client, clinical reviewer or qualified adviser for clarification when RevGen is not the authoritative owner of the fact.
  • Avoid silently changing a material claim while verification is still in progress.

Correction levels

Minor spelling and formatting errors are corrected without a notice when meaning is unchanged. Material factual, measurement or policy errors receive a clear correction note on the affected page. If a page cannot be made reliable promptly, it may be marked for review, removed from search indexing or withdrawn while the evidence is checked.

Performance data

Corrections to campaign evidence preserve the original currency, date range, platform and metric definition. Platform actions are not retroactively renamed as qualified leads, booked jobs or patients unless supporting operational data establishes that relationship.

Regulatory changes

A rule or platform policy changing after publication does not necessarily make the original description an error. The page is updated to reflect the current position, its review date is changed, and time-sensitive advice is qualified where needed.

Disagreements and transparency

RevGen may decline a requested change when reliable evidence supports the published wording. The reasoning and sources will be explained to the person raising the issue. Legitimate criticism is not removed merely because it is commercially inconvenient.
